ACRA is an international association operating in the south pacific rim which promotes the quality remanufacture of print consumables and the ethical business practices by its members.

If you are not satisfied that you have been treated fairly, please contact us.

Please provide an account of the problem, the name and contact details of the business and the person you spoke with.  ACRA will act promptly to ensure the reputation of its members are upheld and that you have been provided the service you would expect.

The following minimum warranty is provided by all ACRA members to their customers and clients and relates to the products and services which they provide.

It is your right to choose the brand of toner or ink for your printer.
DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW

IF YOU ARE TOLD:
You won't be covered by a warranty because you aren't using the printer manufacturers cartridges YOUR STATUTORY WARRANTY IS PROTECTED UNDER LAW AND CANNOT BE VOIDED

The quality remanufactured printer cartridge you have purchased is warranted by [the name of the remanufacturer] to be free of defects in material and workmanship and is guaranteed to perform in your printer.  If your cartridge does not meet the standard promised during the warranted period, the cartridge remanufacturer will replace, repair or refund your purchase.

If you experience problems with your remanufactured cartridge simply return it to the place of purchase together with proof of purchase and a clear description of the fault and, where possible, a sample or test print showing the fault.

In the unlikely event that a printer is damaged by the remanufactured cartridge, when used according to the cartridge remanufacturer’s or the printer manufacturer’s instructions, the remanufacturer will repair or replace the printer.
